Internship: Sales Development Representative

The Sales team plays a crucial role in our organization as they are responsible for growing the top line of the company. Being on the front line with customers, they determine how fast our company will grow. 


This role will be focused on setting up meetings with potential customers by educating them about H1 offerings  , which help healthcare and life science companies make informed scientific decisions through access to critical data.

Responsibilities

  • Navigate organizations of different sizes to identify prospects that fit our offering

  • Use your domain experience to help mold and continue to optimize our ICPs

  • Develop high-performing outbound business development campaigns centered around our different offerings, geared towards specific ICPs

  • A/B test and optimize our outbound efforts

  • Using a blended approach, qualify leads and get them excited about how our offering will provide them value

 

Qualifications

  • Spring 2019 Intern: Junior or Senior

  • Summer 2019 Intern: Rising Junior or Senior

  • You’ve demonstrated success in results-driven, fast-paced environments - you’re a winner

  • Someone who has a passion for healthcare and sales

  • You thrive in adversity and under pressure with grit. You hate, and refuse to lose

  • You are very detail-oriented and perceptive

  • Writing powerful, persuasive copy comes second nature to you

  • You are without question the most persuasive and driven person you know

  • You’re not afraid of uncertainty and love new challenges

  • Proven ability to work well in a matrix environment, collaborate across multiple departments/organizations and influence at all levels

  • Adaptable, flexible, open to diverse ways of thinking and diverse cultures

  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation and training skills
